A belt conveyor is a friction driven machine that transports materials in a continuous manner. It is mainly composed of a frame, a conveyor belt, roller and idlers, a tensioning device, a transmission device. Belt conveyor can form a material conveying process between the initial feeding point and the final discharging point on a certain conveying line. It can carry out the transportation of broken materials as well as the transportation of individual items. Belt Conveyor for General Purpose
Mainly used in mining, metallurgy, chemical, coal, building materials, machinery, grain, light industry, water and electricity, transportation and other conveying applications. It is suitable for conveying the bulk specific weight is 0.5 ~ 2.5 t/m3 of various shapes and granular material, also suitable for transport goods in pieces.
Belt conveyor for general purpose can be used for horizontal or inclined conveying, inclined upward transportation, the max inclination angle β can be customized up to 20° allowed by different materials.
