General Information
Portal scraper reclaimer is a bulk handling machine used in longitudinal indoor or outdoor stockyards. It could be used for homogenizing several kinds of density materials, such as alumina, clay, iron ore, raw coal. The machine can be designed with a wide range of rail span including from 18 to 60 meters. We can offer the reclaimers with the rail span special designed base on the user's actual stockyard conditions with the reclaiming capability up to 2000t/h. A portal scraper reclaimer is used in combination with a side type stacker to set up a homogenizing system for cement, construction, coal mining, metallurgy, iron and steel industry, chemical engineering and such kind industries and the scraper reclaiming system can be either single scraper system or dual scraper reclaiming system.
Basic Structure
Portal scraper reclaimer mainly consists of walking beam, rack, winch system, scraper reclaimer system, portal-system, lubrication system, rail system, control room, etc.
Technical Characteristics
1.Perfect homogenization
In the longitudinal material blending yard, different stacking processes can be adopted according to different working conditions. Continuous synthetic stacking methods can be adopted to ensure the homogenization effect in the circular material blending yard.

2.1 We guarantee the advanced and reasonable technology and stable equipment with the experience and development of making stackers and reclaimers as well as absorbing the advanced technology from international.
2.2 Advanced production equipment and manufacturing technique, such as steel pretreatment line which improves the product's quality and anti-corrosion capability, large milling and boring machine improves quality of large parts. Large-scale structural components processed the pre-assembling procedure driving parts we will be tested before delivery. Rotating parts are all processing mold integrated manufacturing.
