Silo aeration pad is a pneumatic homogenizing device for powder storage silo which is used for feeding or mixing the powdery materials. It is applicable for different types of raw material silo, storage silo and hybrid homogenizing silo. It has mainly four categories which are rectangular shape, right trapezoid, isosceles trapezoid and the special form and is the indispensable equipment for cement production and raw material storing and mixing.

ARRANGEMENT, SHAPE AND INSTALLATION
When doing the designing work of the pneumatic homogenizing system in silo. The cover range of aeration pads in homogenizing area should be as much as possible. SINOSPARE offers six basic aeration pad arrangement forms for selection.
• A and B types arrangement are applicable for the cement or raw materials homogenizing silo under Diameter 12M. Annulus aeration pad arrangement is installed inclining to the bottom of silo cement while the central aeration pads are horizontally installed.
• C type is applicable for the cement or raw material homogenizing silo over Diameter 12M. Annulus aeration pad arrangement is installed inclining to the bottom of silo cement while the central aeration pads are horizontally installed.
• D type is applicable for variable kinds of cement or raw material storage silo. Annulus aeration pad arrangement is installed inclining to the bottom of silo cement while the central aeration pads are horizontally installed, but the central zone is smaller.
• E type is applicable for variable kinds of cement or raw material storage silo and agitating silo. Annulus aeration pad arrangement is installed inclining to the bottom of silo cement while the central aeration pads are horizontally installed.
• F type is applicable for variable kinds of cement or raw material agitating silo. All the aerating silos are installed horizontally.
Each of the six basic arrangement has its own advantages,disadvantages and application, so the designer and user should choose the suitable arrangement according to the actual situation. The need of aeration pad number should be based on the actual situation, but it must follow requirements of four, six, eight or twelves pads.
ORDER INFORMATION
The specification of the homogenizing silo, dimensions of the aerating pad should be provided when placing the order or we could customize by the draft of silo bottom which provided by the customer.
